- Meeting 1st Thursday of each month 6-8pm
- Appropriate for people new to meditation as well as those experienced meditators
- Join like-minded people whose intent it is to quiet their thoughts and go inside for a time
- Opportunity to share what is going on in your life, and to support others in their journey
- Release the day’s events and grow in meditative skills.
- Use this quiet space to get in touch with our inner beings, that part of us which is always safe, loving, non-judgemental and compassionate.
